Rinsing out your mouth with a teaspoon of salt mixed with 8 ounces of water.
You can take 1-2 tablespoons of Maalox and mix it with a half tablespoon of liquid Benadryl.
Try using liquids or ointments that have a numbing agent such as benzocaine (Anbesol, Orabase, Tanac) that will
help relieve the discomfort of canker sores
